I am not a career consultant.

I built and run a real home-service company.

For the last 14 years, I have been in the trenches dealing with the same problems most owners are dealing with right now: hiring issues, weak follow-up, poor accountability, money pressure, employee frustration, owner bottlenecks, and the constant challenge of trying to grow a business without letting it own your life.

Over time, I built a 22-person team and one of the highest-rated restoration companies in Illinois.

That did not happen because of theory, corporate jargon, or some slick framework.

It happened by learning what actually breaks inside a service business, fixing it, and building the kind of structure that keeps the same problems from happening over and over again.

That is what Linek Consulting is built on.

I help owners who are in the thick of it.

The business is real. The pressure is real. The team is real. The opportunity is real.

But the company still feels too dependent on them.
